Zhou Weide, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yongchang, Gansu province. He was born in 1943, joined the CPC in 1971, and graduated from Inner Mongolia Teacher's College. Zhou has served in Inner Mongolia for most of his career, and directed the Regional Statistics Bureau until 1989.
